01Who we are
Built on Student Accommodation
Student Accommodation is the foundation of Install FF&E. Since 2016, large-scale PBSA projects have shaped our experience in high-volume installation, site logistics, programme coordination and live construction sites.
BTR & Residential Apartments are a second core area of our work. From apartment furniture packages and high-volume wardrobes to penthouse installations, we coordinate distribution, installation, quality checks and snagging through to handover.

Meet the directors
Meet the people responsible for commercial preparation, project coordination and on-site delivery.

Sebastian Pernal
Operations & Projects Director
Sebastian leads operations and project coordination across the business, with responsibility spanning multiple projects and sites. He coordinates installation teams, oversees programme progress, quality and team performance, and works with clients to keep delivery aligned across the wider project portfolio.

Magda Pernal
Commercial & Projects Director
Magda leads commercial matters, pricing and project preparation. She coordinates project documentation and works closely with clients and subcontractors to agree requirements, prepare projects for delivery and maintain clear communication throughout the programme.

Piotr Michalik
Project Delivery Director
Piotr leads the hands-on delivery of specific major projects, from mobilisation through to handover. He provides consistent on-site leadership, coordinates day-to-day installation activity and oversees quality checks, snagging and completion on the projects he delivers.

Coordination on live construction sites
Our installation service covers planning, site coordination, offloading, distribution, installation, quality control, snagging and handover. We sequence work around access, other trades and phased completion dates.
